We may have just the thing - Due to expansion we are looking for a new people to join GFM's Times department!

We currently have a vacancy in our Email and Live Chat team, whereby we expect a high volume of contact from existing customers of The Times and The Sunday Times newspapers. The main duties will include responding to inbound live chats and emails.  Dealing with the enquiries appropriately, providing customers with product and service information and handling the calls professionally.


  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Good data entry, keyboard and IT skills.
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.

You will receive two weeks classroom based training and full support throughout your employment with GFM.

All successful candidates will be required to complete a basic DBS check.
