Are you looking to get into a customer service environment whilst gaining a qualification at the same time?

GFM are looking for Customer Service Apprentices across multiple departments, including The Times, Brand Alley, The Sun and Daily Mail. This is a great place to start if you are looking to gain experience and knowledge in this industry!

The apprenticeship lasts for one year, where you will gain a Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service. After this year, you will then become a Customer Service Agent. There are great progression opportunities at GFM to further your career as a Senior Agent or Team Leader etc.

Full time roles available on a flexible seven day rota.

You are expected to supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. You are the front line of support for customers and help ensure that our customers are satisfied with our client’s products, services, and features.

Main Duties:

  • Attend to calls/emails/live chats professionally
  • Enter customer information accurately
  • Ensures the daily task list is completed

Flexibility: to perform other duties, as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and to meet the needs of the business.

Professional Skills & Abilities:

  • Takes responsibility for customer issues and delivers an outstanding level of customer service
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good data entry/keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
