Due to expansion we are looking for a new people to join GFM's Times department!

We have a new project starting for Retention Agents whereby we expect a high volume of calls from existing customers of The Times and The Sunday Times newspaper. The successful applicant will resolve the customers' issues by switching or upgrading their current subscriptions and retaining them as a customer.

Main duties will include responding to inbound calls and dealing with the enquiries appropriately, providing customers with product and service information and handling the calls professionally. This is a fast paced, sales environment with regular targets and KPIs to adhere to. If you are a competitive person and motivated to reach your targets, apply today!

You will receive two weeks classroom based training and full support throughout your employment with GFM.

All successful candidates will be required to complete a basic DBS check.
