Our BrandAlley department are expanding ready for the Christmas, we are looking for temporary Customer Service Agents to join the team. The temporary positions will run until January 2020 at the latest; there may also be an opportunity to join us permanantly.

Main Duties:

  • Attend to calls OR emails professionally
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Enter customer information accurately
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Ensures the daily task list is completed
  • Assists with training where necessary

Flexibility:  to perform other duties, as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and to meet the needs of the business.
